After candidates complete their medical check-up, we process visas for those who are fit and ready to travel. Once the visa is stamped, we provide regular updates on the status until it is ready for departure. Travel formalities are completed once the visa is received and endorsed, and clients are informed of the candidate’s scheduled departure.
As mandated by the government, we organize pre-departure orientation for all candidates. This orientation provides guidance on the employer’s salary, working conditions, culture, customs, and expectations. It helps candidates adapt to a new environment and promotes higher initial productivity.

Travel is the final step in the deployment process. Before departure, candidates sign an affidavit with the employment agency. After signing the employment contract, we arrange travel, including delivery of all essential documents such as the original passport, air ticket, orientation certificate, and orientation booklet. Candidates are then ready for departure.
We maintain detailed files for all selected candidates, which include:
Received Application / AR Form
Original Passport (with personal details, date of birth, date of issue, place of issue)
Personal information (parents, spouse, children abroad)
Complete CV and work experience certificates
Educational and technical qualifications
Driver’s license (if applicable)
Ten recent passport-size photographs
Medical report

Semiko Recruitment Services assists candidates in obtaining immigration authorization from the Department of Labor (BMET). We also guide candidates through necessary paperwork for travel, including boarding forms, exit procedures, and security clearances.
After all formalities are completed, we provide flight details and arrival times to the employing company via fax, email, or SMS. Our office representatives accompany candidates to Dhaka or Chittagong airports for departure.
Once visas are received, we process and dispatch workers, typically within 10–15 days. Candidates are briefed on airport procedures, immigration clearance, and flight protocols. We also provide guidance on local regulations, traditions, culture, and interactions with citizens and other migrant workers in the destination country.
With all arrangements completed, candidates depart confidently for their assignments abroad.
